Aii Language Center Sen Sok Campus, Ms. Sovanndalin Huy from the C-Level 06 led the students in a cooking project titled "Making Sweet and Sour Ribs". The aim was to help students master basic cooking skills. Students learned about the necessary ingredients and seasonings, explored the history and cultural background of the dish, and practiced using Chinese for communication, enhancing their language abilities and teamwork. It is hoped that students will enjoy the process of making sweet and sour ribs and deepen their understanding of Chinese cuisine.
